Our primary focus is to provide quality dance education and coaching in three main genres of dance: Classical Ballet, Modern and Jazz. We also offer a wide range of other dances, including Contemporary, Hip Hop, Lyrical and Tap. We accept young children from the age of 3, teens, pre-professionals and adults.

LANG LEY, CHEONG — Artistic Director & Principal / Classical Ballet, Modern, Jazz, Contemporary & Tap
Lang Ley is a versatile dance teacher trained extensively in classical ballet, modern, theatre, jazz, tap, street and contemporary. A Bachelor of Computer Science (Software Development) Honours and B.A (Hons) Dance Education graduate, she also holds an Associate and Registered Teacher Status with the Royal Academy of Dance (ARAD RTS, UK), Associate with the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (AISTD, UK), Teaching Member with Commonwealth Society of Teachers of Dancing (T.C. CSTD, Australia) and Affiliate with Australian Teachers of Dancing (Aff. ATOD). She has completed all Advanced levels in ballet, modern, jazz and tap, and achieved Distinction grading in all graded examination, whilst winning numerous scholarships: summer intensive – selection by personnel from Royal Ballet School and sponsorships: dance training and teachers courses throughout her dance career.
Lang Ley has been teaching, choreographing and performing for more than 22 years. She believes strongly in continuous learning and enriching the young minds with dance while developing a great sense of discipline, versatility and resilience. She encourages participation in stage performance, excursion and immersion programmes to develop greater interest and artistic appreciation.
Her students have participated in programmes locally as well as overseas: London, Vienna, Prague, Sydney, Brisbane, Seoul, Hong Kong, Taipei, Jakarta and Kuala Lumpur. Many of her students have achieved numerous awards in international competitions and successful audition/selections into dance programme, to name a few: Vienna International Ballet and Contemporary Dance Competition, Hong Kong Challenge Cup, Get The Beat Dance Competition, Dance Prix Indonesia, Championship of Performing Arts.
Lang Ley frequently creates fair and open opportunities for her students and all dancers in Singapore by co-organising international professional dance school’s auditions, summer intensives and international ballet competition. Her recent projects are: the Elmhurst Ballet School United Kingdom (Singapore) Audition and Master Class March 2018, the Canadian World Ballet Art Competition Grand Prix June 2018 and the Russian Ballet Association’s Vaganova Ballet Workshop September 2018.
Lang Ley also constantly maintain her professional development with courses and coaching from overseas professionals. She aims to bring out the best in each and every of her students.
YING LING, POH — Classical Ballet
Ying Ling has never looked back since she started ballet at the age of 3. It started out as a leisure activity but as the years go by, it has developed into a lifestyle. Ying Ling enjoys the incredible feeling of expression and connection with the audience, and dance has taught her the many invaluable values to succeed in life. Hence, she would love for the younger dancers to feel the same with this amazing art form.
A Bachelor of Business Management graduate and high achiever in dance, Ying Ling has never stopped learning. She has travelled to Sydney, Vienna, London, Copenhagen and Amsterdam to learn from ballet masters and enhance her dance knowledge and skills.
Her motto as a teacher; to be a part of shaping the next generation to possess good values, character and the ability to carry themselves with confidence and grace in all that they do.
KRISHA BALAKRISHNAN — Contemporary & Jazz
Krisha started dancing at a tender age of 5 when she started taking RAD Ballet classes. Her passion for dance grew during her adolescence where she was exposed to genres like Jazz, Contemporary and other elements of Street Dance.
Her commitment to dance flourished in 2011 when she became a part of Ngee Ann Polytechnic’s Hip Hop Dance Club, New Revolving Age (NRA). Krisha has attained numerous awards through her dance career.
Her notable achievements include 2 championships with her dance team, The Débutante at The Royal Dance Off: Chapter 5, a contemporary dance competition, and the All Babes Cineleisure Dance Battle in 2015. In May 2017, she represented Singapore in the Australian leg of the United Dance Organisation (UDO)’s championships with her team, taking home the 1st place as well as the “most inspirational” award. March 2018, Krisha was accepted into The Gypsy Project: Los Angeles, a creative intensive programme with Lobos Art Collective. August 2018, her team again took home the 3rd place at the UDO World Street Dance Championships held in Glasgow, UK.
Graduated with a Bachelors in Science (Business Communication), Krisha who’s now a full time dancer/choreographer, believes that dance is a self-expression that tells stories through a perfect unison of music and movement. She hopes to share her love for the art form in any way she can.
KEYNAH — Hip Hop
Nurul Rakinah or more warmly known as Keynah is armed with a Diploma in Theatre from Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, Singapore. She is skilled in acting, stage management and various dance styles such as Chinese, Malay, Flamenco, Classical, Contemporary and her love – Hip Hop. She chose to specialise in Hip Hop and took up intensive trainings and courses with renowned choreographers and companies.
Having participated in many performances on stage, she was trained to be professional and being versatile. She believes that learning is a lifelong journey and constantly upgrades herself. She will strive towards her dreams of being a great dancer, hopefully one day inspiring others to dance as well.
