Her lifelong and unwavering passion for dance led her to explore other dance genres such as Modern Theatre, Contemporary, Street Jazz and Latin. She believes in holistic learning and practises dance as a tool for self-exploration and expression.
Victoria graduated with a Bachelors of Social Sciences in Psychology from National University of Singapore. She works as a Child Psychologist during the weekdays, and continues to pursue advanced training in both RAD Ballet and ISTD Modern Theatre. This unique combination of expertise in child development and dance allows her to approach teaching with a holistic perspective, nurturing her students’ physical, emotional, and creative growth. She has also participated in concerts, exchanges, competitions both locally and internationally. Some of her achievements are 1st place in Singapore International Dance Competition, Silver and Gold medals in Hong Kong Challenge Cup and Get The Beat Singapore. Her foray of work has also led her to experiment on varying styles in choreography and design.
Armed with her knowledge and exposure to psychology, she is able to relate and understand children better. She enjoys teaching children to express themselves and hopes to instil better self esteem, confidence and strong work-ethic in them.
